3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information (e.g. browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, time) in server log files. This data serves technical security and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

4. Visitor counting

We count page views in aggregated form to measure reach. No personal profiles are created and no cookies are set; only per-page counters are stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in statistical evaluation).

5. Fonts and external content

This website embeds fonts (Google Fonts). When external resources are loaded, your IP address may be transmitted to the respective providers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (appealing presentation).

6. ImmobilienScout24 widget

In the "Apartments" section we embed the listing widget (result list) of ImmobilienScout24 GmbH (Andreasstraße 10, 10243 Berlin) to display our up-to-date offers. When this section is loaded, a connection to ImmobilienScout24's servers is established; this may transfer data such as your IP address and set cookies. 7. OpenStreetMap

On the contact page we embed a map from OpenStreetMap to show you our location. When the map is loaded, a connection to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation is established and your IP address may be transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

8. Cookies

This website itself only uses technically necessary storage (e.g. your chosen language in your browser's local storage). We set no tracking or marketing cookies. Embedded services may set their own cookies (see sections 6 and 7).

9. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary to process your request or to comply with statutory retention obligations.
